Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase from Planters Unlimited. Please review the following return guidelines before initiating a return request.
Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
- All standard (non-customized) items are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding outbound shipping costs) if requested within 15 days of receipt.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
- Made-to-order planters and items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return. Please check product descriptions or contact support before ordering.
Return Authorization (RMA)
- Please contact us at 888-320-0626 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any item.
- Returns without an RMA number will not be processed.
- Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the return package.
Return Shipping
- If your return is due to our shipping error or a defective product, we will cover return shipping costs.
- All other return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Use the original packaging and a trackable shipping method to avoid damage and loss.
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method after inspection of returned items.
- The refund amount will exclude outbound shipping fees and may include restocking charges where applicable.
- Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing.
Non-Refundable Items & Charges
- Outbound shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of a return caused by our error.
- Items not eligible for return or refund include:
- Customized or made-to-order planters
- Perishable goods
- Products labeled as “non-returnable”
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 5 days of delivery.
- Include a description and photos of the item and packaging when possible.
- Retain all packaging materials, as carriers may require inspection.
Third-Party Orders
This return policy applies only to orders placed directly through PlantersUnlimited.com. If you purchased through a third-party retailer, please refer to their return policies.
