Durable PVC Planter Boxes at Niagara Falls
On the Canadian side of Niagara Falls, the park service was completing a new visitor center and long foot bridge. To beautify the location, the design called for flowering plants along both sides of the bridge. Planters Unlimited's Laguna Premier Composite Planters were quickly sourced. Why? We could match the traditional natural design the park service was looking for but without the downsides of wood maintenance.
Our PVC planter boxes included the durability necessary to withstand their cold, wet winter weather that is common on both sides of Niagara Falls. In addition, we were able to meet their budget and schedule demands. As an added bonus, we created two sets of removable fiberglass liners for their square plant containers. This allowed them to begin planting in a greenhouse regardless of seasonal weather conditions. The liners also make it fast and easy to rotate plants from season to season -- and it's easy to maintain the bridge's decorative landscaping year round. Our contemporary planters were exactly what the park service had been looking for.
